Message: Dirt Du Jour: {title} thought you might like this little ditty from Dirt du jour April 28, 2009 Get this look I always loved this image that I shot in a garden in Laguna Beach. The mirror, the vintage bench, the toile pillows. I go back to it because I stumbled upon the mirror in the Ballard Designs catalog and wondered where I saw it before. Putting this outdoor corner together -you could pick up the toile pillows at Pottery Barn. Easy. The vintage bench? You’d have to shop around for that, maybe Big Daddy Antiques in Los Angeles or Corona del Mar or you could fake it with a reproduction from Costco.com. What makes it work though, is that the mirror is positioned to reflect something green. Always good to keep green in mind - it brings more garden into a dull corner.
