Dust off your wildflower guides, folks. The National Garden Bureau just announced that 2013 will be The Year of the Wildflower. Thanks to Dick Tracy, Fellow of the Garden Writers Association, for the tip. This Smooth Penstemon is new to me, and one I’ll be trying to grow.
