Who knew?

Dan Hinkley of Heronswood fame, the man with the amazing plant vocabulary and worldwide connects, is blogging for Monrovia Nursery while tromping through the tropical forests in Sa Pa (somewhere in Sichuan).

I suppose that means we will see some of his unusual plant introductions from Monrovia like this purple-leaf hydrangea and orange and incredulous magnolia.
