The Mother Lode of lemon recipes

If you live anywhere with a mild winter climate, you’ve got more citrus now than you know what to do with. Thankfully the Los Angeles Times gives us the Lemon List - 100 things to do with a Meyer lemon.

I like the quickies in the list: rub Meyer lemon peel on the rim of your espresso cup - infuse your favorite olive oil - add shine to your hair - put a twist in your martini - send a box to out-of-state friends - add as zest to French toast - pan fry with baby artichokes. There are 90-something more….

we could start our own page of ideas from readers right here..  my neighbor freezes her lemons whole and grates them into ice cream and yogurt or whateverthe need.  Sounds easy, I like that
