Henry Mitchell, at the risk of offending catlovers everywhere, I feel your comment is RIGHT ON!! My neighbor has ‘adopted’ several feral cats who leave their calling cards in everyone else’s yards. Guess that’s the only way to keep them out of your own yard. Now if I can only find some killer slugs…(just kidding).

No cat has ever damaged my planting beds but one large dog chasing after a ground squirrel destroyed years of loving labor in seconds. Easy to understand why I think dogs are the real vermin.
