Prize winning pumpkins

If you have never been to one of Stewart Shim’s giant pumpkin events, get ready for this fall adventure.

You can wear orange if you want, many of his pumpkinistas do.

You can even enter your pumpkins for some sort of prize, not just giant, although the behemoth takes home $1000. (Note to self: grow large pumpkin next year.)

There are also arts, crafts, food, black-smithing, music if you like fair organs, and all kinds of old-timey events.
