Has Gertrude been here?

One thing we don’t see a lot of in Southern California is the long, Jekyll-style border. But there is a very long one at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego. The middle of May is a good time to see it in full bloom. The Inn? It’s pretty fabulous any time of the year.

So anyway, if you make a weekend out of it, staying at the Inn of course, put garden.ol.ogy on your list of things to see in Encinitas, and Solana Succulents in Solana Beach, plus Cedros Gardens nearly across the street.
