Green roofs simplified

Just wondering who made green roofs so complicated when you could do this with one honeysuckle plant in half an hour?

This playhouse is tucked on the first of many terraces in Dana Anderson’s garden in Newport Beach.

Dana does a lot of sculpting with plants, but this is an easy idea anyone can do to cool off a shed or shade a hot spot.
